Ordering in our ordering system is easy; please proceed as follows:

Find the goods you wish to purchase. You may browse the main category using the column on the left. The list of the relevant sub-categories is always displayed at the beginning of the main content section on the right.

Did you find the called for item? Click on the “Order” icon displayed for the required type of packaging. Nothing is binding at this time; you may cancel the order at any time.

If you would like to order multiple items, again search, browse, select and when you are interested in something, place the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the “Order” icon. You may also order larger quantities of a single type of good (in our „Shopping Cart“, enter the required amount (number of units) in the field “Amount” and click on “Save”. While it is also possible to increase the amount by multiple clicking on the “Order” button, it is easier to change the amount directly in the “Shopping Cart”). As soon as you have completed your selection and you wish to place a binding order, click in the box in the upper left of the “cart” link. You may also conduct the last modifications – goods you don’t want may be removed by crossing them out in the column “Delete” or by adding the number “0” to the “Amount” column. After modifications, click on the button „Calculate“. If you agree with your order, click on “Continue to Check Out”. Now you find yourself at the checkout counter where the exact summary of the order of goods is displayed and if you are registered, you confirm the binding order by clicking on the “Order” button. If you are not registered, fill in the required supplemental data and click on the ”Order” button.

After sending successfully, the order is recorded in the database and an order confirmation is displayed in our browser. Thank you for your order. You will be sent a report regarding the completion of your purchase at the email address that is part of the delivery information.

Registering let’s you implement any purchases in the future, whether you buy as a private person or as a company. In future, it is sufficient just to logon – submit an e-mail (identifier) and password; you don’t have to submit any other information.

Registration and customer logon is not mandatory. Even without registration or logon, you may freely browse the shop, select goods, place them in the cart, calculate and realize the purchase. Registered and logged on customers, however, do not have to add supplemental information at the checkout; these are automatically inserted into his/her basic registration materials.

Registration is conducted by clicking on the “Registration” option displayed on the left page. Complete your personal information in the displayed form and logon information and contact information for arranging your order.

Logging on must be performed, as soon as you decide to conduct a purchase. Select the goods, place them in the cart, as soon as you wish to conclude the purchase, logon. Enter your logon information - email (identifier) and the password and confirm. After returning to the “Shopping Cart” inspect the ordered items and continue in your order by clicking on “Order”.
